What payment methods do you accept?
To keep our prices as low as possible for you, we avoid the high processing fees charged by credit card companies. Therefore, we only accept payments via online bank transfers. This ensures that every dollar you pay goes toward your travel experience rather than banking fees.
Do I have to pay the full amount at the time of booking?
We understand that a custom trip is a significant investment. We offer reasonable payment plans that allow you to pay for your journey in installments. This makes it easier to manage your budget while we coordinate the details with local providers.
Can I change the dates of my trip after I have confirmed the booking?
Yes we aim for maximum flexibility. Since we are not a middle man for a large agency we can talk directly to the hotels and guides we booked for you to see if they can shift your dates. Most local partners are happy to accommodate changes if they have availability for your new timeline.
Are there fees associated with making changes to my itinerary?
We do not charge a service fee for helping you adjust your plans. However if a local provider has a different rate for your new dates or charges a small rebooking fee to cover their administrative costs we will pass those direct costs on to you with full transparency. Our goal is to keep your trip as affordable as possible regardless of changes.
