Botswana

About Botswana

Experience Botswana in its purest form, a journey through landscapes that redefine adventure and awaken your senses. This is freedom on the open road, discovery in every horizon, and connection with one of Africa’s last great wildernesses.

Your safari begins at the Khama Rhino Sanctuary, where endangered rhinos roam across protected plains. From there, the vast Central Kalahari Game Reserve unfolds in golden grasslands and fiery sunsets that stretch endlessly across the sky. In Maun, gateway to the Okavango Delta, wheels give way to water as you glide silently through winding channels in a traditional mokoro canoe, surrounded by elephants, vibrant birdlife, and the tranquility of the delta.

The adventure continues in the Moremi Game Reserve, a paradise alive with lions, leopards, giraffes, and zebra. Finally, Chobe National Park delivers a spectacular finale with Africa’s largest elephant herds and river sunsets that paint the horizon in unforgettable color.

Each evening brings the thrill of camping in the wild. Cook over open flames, share stories under star‑filled skies, and fall asleep to the soundtrack of the bush—lions roaring in the distance, hyenas calling, and the whisper of the wind through the trees. Safe, exhilarating, and deeply rewarding, this is the kind of adventure that leaves lasting impressions.

Botswana transforms with the seasons. Lush and green during the rains, golden and dry as wildlife gathers at waterholes, every visit reveals a new landscape and a fresh perspective.

We handle every detail—vehicle hire, park permits, routes, campsites, and insider guidance—so you can simply arrive, buckle in, and set out on an unforgettable journey.

The Itinerary

Day 1 – Maun Arrival | Audi Camp

Arrive in Maun, collect your 4×4, and prepare for the adventure ahead. Audi Camp sits on the banks of the Thamalakane River, shaded by tall trees. Expect a lively bar, a swimming pool, and the gentle hum of the bush at night. It’s the perfect launchpad before heading into the wild.

Day 2 – Okavango Delta | Mokoro Excursion

Glide through reed‑lined channels in a hand‑carved mokoro canoe. Picnic on a secluded island, walk among lilies and birds, and watch elephants wade through the shallows. The Delta’s silence is broken only by the splash of paddles and the call of kingfishers

Day 3 – Kaziikini Community Camp

A short drive introduces you to the rhythm of the road. Kaziikini is a rustic, eco‑friendly camp run by the local community. Solar showers, open skies, and a waterhole that often attracts elephants make this a place where nature feels close and authentic.

Day 4 – Moremi Game Reserve | Khwai Safari Grounds

Enter Moremi’s dirt tracks and camp beneath towering trees by the river. Hippos wallow nearby, elephants cool in the shallows, and mokoro rides reveal hidden lagoons. The unfenced camp means wildlife can wander through, adding to the thrill.

Day 5 – Moremi | Khwai North Gate

Drive deeper into the reserve. Khwai North Gate sits along the river, with spacious pitches shaded by mopane trees. Lions lounge in the distance, antelope graze in open clearings, and the river glitters with life right beside camp.

Day 6 – Moremi | Khwai Safari Grounds

Spend the day exploring. Vultures circle above fresh kills, leopards slip from cover to drink, and the tall grass ripples with unseen movement. Back at camp, the river reflects the fading light as the bush comes alive with nocturnal sounds.

Day 7 – Chobe National Park | Savuti Campsite

Cross dry pans where wildebeest and cheetahs roam. Savuti Campsite is legendary, set in predator country with the marshlands stretching wide. Facilities are simple, but the drama of lions hunting elephants or hyenas calling under the stars makes this one of Africa’s most iconic stops.

Day 8 – Thobolo’s Bush Lodge

Rustic chalets and unfenced campsites overlook Barangwe Pan, a magnet for wildlife. From the viewing deck, watch elephants, giraffes, and buffalo gather, then scatter when baboons arrive. A swimming pool and lodge comforts balance the rawness of the bush.

Day 9 – Thobolo’s Bush Lodge

Pause and absorb the scenery. Spend another day watching the pan transform into a stage where wildlife performs endlessly, framed by silence and sky.

Day 11 – Kasane | Chobe Safari Lodge

Settle into one of Botswana’s most established lodges on the Chobe River. Swim in the pool, dine at the restaurant, and take a sunset cruise where elephants line the banks and hippos surface in golden light. The Sedudu Bar offers the perfect view to toast the day

Day 12 – Kasane Departure

Drop off your vehicle and fly out, or extend with a day trip to Victoria Falls, where mist rises like smoke from thunder.
